For over 170 years, First Baptist Belton has been a church where we love one another and our community. Generations of believers have been “All In” to know Jesus intimately, serve Jesus passionately, and share Jesus globally. We stand together with one heart to be a living legacy and continue this vision for another 170 years. “All In” is a generosity initiative whereby we will resource the ministry plan of our church for the next two years so that we will be able to minister in new ways for even greater Kingdom impact. Now is the time for each of us to honor God through giving and be a part of making this vision a reality.
In our discipleship pathway, we say, “We know you are following Jesus when you are connecting, growing, serving, and multiplying.” This gets to the HEART of how we want people to continue to grow spiritually and how we make ministry happen. Making ministry happen both to those in our church and those we’re reaching outside of our church walls has to be our priority. This first component of “All In” is to resource the ministry plan of First Baptist Belton for 2024 and 2025 so that we can keep the main thing the main thing!
Ensuring that our physical presence in the community is able to reflect the ministry focus of our body, relocating our campus is a bold VISION with bold opportunities for our church. Our new campus will be a center from which we will minister in new and more effective ways for a greater Kingdom impact. Our sacrificial commitments will also offset the cost of our relocation to our new ministry center.
We want every person who calls First Baptist Belton their church home to be a part of this “All In” Initiative. We can do this, but the most important part is that we each ask God what he would have us do and then do this together. Now is the time for each of us to give to honor God and be a part of making this vision a reality. It’s time for each of us to be “ALL IN!”
We are trusting Him to move through His people to invest $23 million over these next two years to accomplish the vision He has given us.

What Is a “One Fund” and Why Is It Important?
Our giving goal is a total of $23 million dollars, which we are calling the "One Fund." The "One Fund" includes 2 different parts. The first part is $8 million dollars and that represents our "heart" as a church, which is our ministry plan. This is the estimated amount of money we will need to fund our current facility and continue doing ministry for the next 2 years. The second part is $15 million dollars and that represents our vision, which is for the new facility. With the "One Fund" plan, now anytime you give to support the ministry of the church, missions, or special initiatives you simply give that total amount to “One Fund”. This approach ensures that we can continue doing ministry as we have been, with continued effectiveness, for the next two years while we are supporting the vision for this new facility. It’s possible that you’ve been a part of church campaigns in the past where you were asked to give a designated gift “above and beyond” your regular giving. If someone has never participated in the joy of giving the terms “over and above” can be confusing. So through a “One Fund,” this confusion is avoided and ALL giving is distributed so that we never sacrifice ministry for a building.
We want to re-emphasize that our first priority is Christ above all else and out of that flows ministry, and then comes our vision for the new building. We are trusting God to bring in all that is needed according to His supply! So, church family, we are excited to see what God will do through each and every one of you and your generosity in the Lord.
